Green Society Village Development

A Green Society Village is a permaculture based green intentional community. It will be focused on creating a bio-friendly environment for green living, rejuvenation, farming and education.

The design will incorporate modular geodesic and/or monolithic dome structures, green-built infrastructures, organic mineral-element rich aquaponic farming technologies, algae oxygen generators, structured water purification, and self-sufficient centralized systems for energy, water and waste management.

The Green Society Villages are managed and owned by the Green Society foundation and association. The majority of the incoming funds will be allocated to the village development and education programs.

The Primary source of construction will be monolithic domes. The Monolithic Dome Institute will be contracted to build the larger domes and teach a dome building workshop for participating members on the project. The workshop will be a week long and during that week we will build six 20ft domes connected to a 30ft dome.

Green Society Village Grant Program

Members can apply for grants pertaining to the development of Green Society Villages in local areas. Federal grants for green construction are plentiful with billions literally available. There are twenty six different agencies that offer over 1,000 grant programs. The grants that apply to green construction are mostly offered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The total amount of grants available exceeds $400 billion dollars.
