Structure
Strengths: This structure was chosen due to its corporate
status and graceful membership reporting.
Purpose: The
exchange manages the third party record keeping and payout services.
Vision: The
vision is to create a thriving internet nexus that showcases our member’s
products and services. We will maintain member activity and security through our
internal private trade system.
Exchange Membership
Below is a
list of benefits a member would receive with a Green Society Exchange Membership.
Profile: This will be the member’s information
portal to upload images, videos, testimonials, contact information, location,
products and services.
Web directory: Members content info will be
searchable and listed in our directory.
Marketing: Member’s will receive exposure
through our referral marketing program, exchange festivals, green event
promotions and webinars.
Exchange Bank Account: Member’s will have an account in our secured
banking system for the purchasing of trade dollars and making registered exchanges.
Toll Free Info Line: Member’s will have an extension on our toll free phone system. This will allow the member to record information about products and/or services, and then connect the purchasing member directly to them. This service is available for 3.9 cents per minute.
Service
Margin Percentage
Each member
will determine their Service Margin Percentage;
this will be the profit that is allocated to the foundation and referring
members. The standard price break would be on similar scale of wholesale/retail.
Trade Dollars
A Green
Trade Dollar acts as a trading credit for transactions with-in the
association. Members can log into their exchange account and purchase Green
Trade Dollars for the going rate of a Federal Reserve Notes (US Dollars). All Green
Trade Dollars are secured and backed with our member’s products, green hours
and our reserve US dollars.
Fees & Taxes: Every trade dollar that is exchanged will be subjected to fees from the Green Society Association and IRS.
Green Hours
A Green Hour is an hour of time that a member is listing as an item in the private marketplace. These hours are valued with a Green Trade Dollars and will be based on member’s idea of what his or her time is worth.
Membership Cards
Members will receive a membership card that has a specialized number that is attached to their Exchange Account.
Global Cash Cards
Global Cash Cards will be the distributed to members who wish to cash-in their trade dollars for US dollars. This is an innovative way to distribute funds and green alternative to issuing checks. This organization has excellent customer service and is recommended by PayitGreen.
